You will be asked to answer the following two short answer questions in the application (no more than 300 words); the questions are included here to allow you to prepare your answers in advance, if desired. We recommend that you complete the application in its entirety in one sitting since work is sometimes lost.

1. Please describe what you hope to gain by participating in the Ignite program.

2. The success of the program depends on your consistent and thoughtful participation in program meetings. Please describe the ways in which you are planning to contribute to the creation of a supportive and cross-disciplinary learning community.
