Session Information & Application

December 2025/January 2026 Session

Apply to join our upcoming facilitated c3Design session. Participants complete online modules in between attending six synchronous online meetings. The six cohort meetings are scheduled for: December 15, 17, and 19, and January 5, 7, and 9. You will meet with your cohort from 1:30 to 3:00 PM on each of these days on Zoom. Expect to spend 15-20 hours on c3Design work over the two weeks, in addition to the meetings. A brief prework assignment will be due before the session begins.

Space is limited. Priority will be given to those who have not participated in the program before.

The cost to participate in a facilitated session is $500. This can be covered through UVA's Education Benefit funding. Faculty should read through our Payment page for more details on using these funds. This fee is waived for graduate students; graduate student participation is contingent upon space and funding availability. (The program is intended for those who are teaching as instructors of record, not as TAs.)
