Innovations in Pedagogy Summit

Teaching With/In Contexts

CTE's Innovations in Pedagogy Summit is free and open to the public.

The Seventh Annual Innovations in Pedagogy Summit will bring together faculty, staff, and students from across UVA and beyond to explore the theme Teaching with/in Contexts. We teach, learn, and live within particular and intersecting local, national, and global contexts, and the best university education should actively engage these contexts. In the current cultural moment, the need for this engagement is especially urgent: for teaching with and learning from members of our local community, for grappling with the messiness and complexity of interdisciplinary global challenges, for exploring in our classrooms the role of the university in public life. We hope you can join us.
