Collegial: Colleagues must be comfortable and open with each other. Should feel collegial, but it does involve a judgment of performance.
Partners or trios, may be peers. Senior colleagues, who typically evaluate junior colleagues.
Partners may define observation & feedback process. Standardized, objective observation & feedback process.
Written record not necessary. Written record is key.
