All too often new faculty members land their dream jobs only to struggle with balancing expectations for scholarship with those for teaching, advising, and service activities. In this workshop for faculty members, Dr. Single draws on 15 years of experience working with academic writers to present a practical, motivational, and humorous talk in which she describes a method for prewriting and for developing a regular writing routine that results in enhanced writing fluency, productivity, and satisfaction.
